@cygo I get the ostomy supplies that I desire through my local supplier. They are prescription, but in Florida where I am, the prescription only needs... Hope it all went well! Had mine out at Christmas, was back to tending my goats in 2 days or so. Get a Medicare advantage plan if you can. A PPO if at all possible. My monthly ostomy supplies only have a $40 co pay with my Humana PPO Medicare adva... I'm in a wheelchair so going to the course is out of the question. However, I have lots of property around me and can stand for brief amounts of time ... @chelly Oh darn, sorry. I'm allergic to about everything but it doesn't seem to bother me. @bigmike322 There are many other supply houses for ostomy supplies. Grab your insurance card and call around for one more understanding. @chelly Odoban works great for me, it's an enzyme based product I just put a slash in the washer, or spray the garment directly. @bigmike322 They can be purchased on Amazon and in well stocked plumbing supply stores.
