Wow! That's out of left field! I hope they can recover and build the brand up again.

I do hope that you get your order. I've been using a Stealthbelt since my surgery, over a decade ago, and while some knock-offs have been available, I've been very happy with the quality and the investment made.

Please update us again when you have more news to share!

I ordered two belts the beginning of July planning on getting them before my vacation in mid August. I didn't get them in time but they did show up the end of August. Although I had ordered one for swimming with vertical pouch and one regular with vertical pouch. The regular one came through as a horizontal pouch but I didn't complain as I was thinking of trying the horizontal anyway. I hope this company can get it together because I like the product.   ~BOB

There seems to be a rather rough transition at the company, and even the website says, "Please be patient with us as we straighten out the problems created by the previous management. We will be running efficiently soon!".

Ouch! But I hope they are back on their feet soon. There are very few products that I've consistently used throughout the years, and it's hard to see so many of their customers being as frustrated as they've been these past many months.

I got an email today stating that they have new management and a new president.  I'm looking to get one of the heavier horizontal belts during black Friday.

I ordered one on 10/31/24, I hadn't seen this thread about problems with Stealth Belt.

I received the acknowledgment email with a 2 day to one month delivery time frame.

Eric, I thought I posted a response to this thread earlier? Did I mess up something?

I wouldn't expect anything, considering how backlogged they appear to be 😶 

@veganostomy We did eventually receive the belt the third week of November. The order was originally placed on Sept 27, so it took about 8 weeks from beginning to end. There was no direct communication that we received from the company about the new management; that was info that I had found posted on their website. We never were able to get through to a human on their phone line nor did they ever respond to email communications. I guess eventually we got the product, but I would hesitate buying from them again unless it was something really special (and something we could wait on for several weeks).

@mcl2509 Wow. I could pass off the long delay, but the lack of communication is really hard to ignore.

My guess is that they won't be back up to speed in any professional capacity until sometime in mid-2025. At would at least give them time to hire the right people, train them, and cover any outstanding backlogs with customers and vendors.

If I were running the company, I'd be sending out a massive "Sorry" discount when things are running more smoothly.

I just emailed them on 12/9/24 and waiting for a response.

I really don't want to cancel just yet.

Good news! I just got an email from Stealth Belt saying my order shipped today 12/12/24  by first class mail.
