Hello Rosy, If your mom is a US citizen and on Medicare, they will pay for the ostomy supplies. Find a supplier ( like Colopalst or Hollister ..or many others) that will send you the supplies and bill directly to Medicare account. This works great. You have to go through the suppliers ( whatever brand you choose) and then set it up through them so they can bill the medicare people directly. Not all of them do this as I discovered when I was first getting started . If they don't you have to pay out of pockets and get reimbursed, I think. More paperwork!
