Hi Folks, just catching up on the forum and I seen a member mention Salts rings. I have never needed a barrier ring but due to my little friend "Granuloma" I have been using a barrier ring, well a small part of one. I did notice that the salts ring was very easy to apply and very pliable. As I had never been a user of them I had order a few samples. I had been using the Eakin which does a great job but do find the salts a lot easier to work with.

I haven't used the Salts rings (don't even think I can get them in Canada), but I can get an idea of what it must feel like by your description and my experience with other rings.

I'd be interesting to see what kind of feedback other people have with them.

Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
