This is the first time I’ve come across this suggestion. What are the cons of drinking too much water instead of sipping?

That is good news. I’m in Australia and have used Salts products for two years now and am very satisfied with them.

I’m two years post surgery (APR) with a colostomy and experience this phantom effect. My surgeon says it’s normal for some ostomates.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I notice it’s aimed at ileostomies. Do these procedures apply to colostomies too?
