I enjoy quinoa, but it can be a little hard to digest, especially when undercooked (which is easy to do!). I'd start slow, and chew well, assuming you are already past the healing phase. If you have a colostomy, it's less of a concern, but use caution if you have an ileostomy. Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
