I notice my washer was putting out brown rinse water..also it seemed it would not remove soap on rinses. I think it may have been back siphoning or maybe the pump was bad.

That would most certainly explain things! Good luck with the new washer!

In the past I've used three washing machine on delicate and followed by hang drying.  I just try to reduce the wear and tear to prolong the life of the garment.  

When I put technical fabric in the machine, I tend to separate some of them into mesh laundry bags. Because the StealthBelt has velcro on it, I'd strongly recommend using a mesh bag just to prevent the velcro from damaging other fabric in the wash.

@veganostomy good idea Eric.im finding even with the new washer.these garments are coming out sticky? Im.thinking from the adapt cera ring melting possibly getting on them while emptying as even after wiping with the wipe the sticky is still there. Im.switching back to tide original as it seemed to get that out. Mesh bag sounds like a great idea! Also I bought pants hangers so i can hang dry.

@bigmike322 I'm glad that works out for you. Mine is a  complicated situation as I have adhesive allergies and mine get sticky.

@chelly I can't explain the stickiness, but it could be the ring.

Do you use fabric softener? I do know that fabric softener doesn't play nice with certain materials, and could leave a film on the garment.

@veganostomy I don't use fabric softener. I was using sheets in my dryer on.my other clothing at one time and it actually seemed to help the garments with the bit of residue probably left in.the dryer from the load prior.

I have came to the conclusion that yes most likely a melting ring coming out of the bsg and maybe the bag end and then onto my garment.
