Sorry to hear your going through this and getting poor customer service from the company. I dont use that type pouch  but I have had that happen with convatec in the past.  They did replace all of mine. It was a bad batch as I have not had the issue after that. 

Can you call your medical supply co where you get them from to see if maybe they will replace them for you?

One question....have you been getting a lot of ballooning lately from gas?  Because that can cause it to detach as well.

@kevin-eh it does suck. I've had trouble in the past when I was trying out the mio and was getting leakage at the velcro ends.

Yes, unfortunately  these qualiry control issues happen. Usually the company will want a number from the boxes and they will replace all of them.  I'm surprised they are not replacing the whole boxes for you. Like I'm sure your going to be stressed out putting another one of those on. That's not cool of them.to tell you to use the others. 

Man, that's brutal. I've never had an appliance fail there, but it does sound like one of those "one-in-a-million" defects that I hope doesn't happen again.

And it's a shame that the entire box wasn't replaced. It really needed to be, since it's highly likely that whatever caused the problem, exists through the entire batch.
