I like the staples. And they are not so bad taken out--at first I told them "YOU better put me out for this-I have enough!!!" But it worked well- and the second time didn't bother me at all.

John, I got brains......... Sometimes I sit on them and get myself into trouble- just HAVE to realize that I am different now and cant do what I FEEL like doing in my mind (which contains my brains) .......... But before all of this, I was in great shape and contained my weight properly, because I was so active at my age.. WEll "ME" , get a grip Marcie!! or it will be your own damn fault.. But my age  has taken me down a few pegs tho- and the recent copd- hey, Robert, do u still smoke with your copd?  I am down to 5-6/day. OH gezzzzzzzz.. gotot do my breathing inhaler!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Marcie I'm not very good with poems and the only one I do know I better not put on here . Lol . Tony I will give it a couple days and see how it works for you and how if you still like it . I'll be curious to hear your report . Hey John I don't know your brother in law but I like him already . He is right of course about electricians on the job !!! Lol just kidding . And he has a good respectable name too . Haha . Ask Robert your brother in law if people ever ask him if he's a good electrician ? He might use the same answer as I do . On a return visit to my surgeon he told me I had a small hernia that was shortly after surgery but haven't had any problems yet . Does fell funny when I cough or sneeze .

Hospital I use here is Eisenhower  its clean and I always get my own room . JFK is closer to me but I don't like that one . I have gotten C-Diff 3 times all 3 times I wasn't even been in the hospital  go figure . Marcie I quit smoking April 15 of 2007 didn't find out about copd till years later . You should stop smoking .....

ohh puff puff !! eaiser said than done..........Working on it.......  better than a pack-but I am going to tell the Dr. in an that I did stop- As the cold is here I don't like going outside to smoke and that is where I smoke-no one see me smoke!! Makes it harder  on me and I hat the smell.. 

Robert think I bought the sane poetry book as you!!  My wee bro in law will luv that, he,s a real bright spark alright! My wife has been type 1 diabetic since she was 12, 2 years ago her kidney function started to fail and needed a transplant. Her wee brother the bright spark stepped up and was her doner! op was on the 16th jan this year and all went brilliant. She back to normal and he,s back to electrocuting sorry meant electrical work

Marcie I know its not easy to quit I did it many times ! And nothing worse than an x smoker telling you that you  should quit I know .

Robert, I am a porfessional quitter--I took 3 class's and learned much-did the chantex-which I would not ADVISE to any one.. So far the easiest time to quit was when I was in a 2 moth comma. After that almost 3 years later I started up again.  I know from class's that If I quit asap-you DO go into twice the amount that you lfet off with- So, got to take it slow-which I am doing-- I keep out only 6 cigs every day-if I smoke them all to bad--if I have left overs? Good Marcie-                                 I NEED support PEOPLE!!!!!!!!  ITs hard..

Hang in there Marcie I do know its very very hard to do . Like I said I tried everything except hypnosis literally I do mean everything . I feel for you it is hard they say its easier to quit Herion than cigarettes if its only 6 a day and it keeps your nerves under control then do it . I did it finally with the Chantix and you are right it wasn't fun for couple months I had the weirdest and scariest dreams I have ever had in my life . Luckily after getting done with the Chantix they went away . Best thing was in 7 days I no longer smoked . Friend of mine told me I shouldn't have stopped then maybe I wouldn't have gotten sick !
