Thanks for the post. challenging times for sure. One thing I read described it as terror and

boredom at the same time ..notoriously difficult for humans to deal with.

Good to be reminded of flow.

It is so true that when we are inactive, or just not engaging in anything, we can go the way of depression. I guess that is why I stay busy. Having had to deal with depression in the past, I found that keeping the body and mind active, and the spirit connected to God has helped me immensely.  I don't have too many down days - I guess because I try to be thankful for the many blessings that I have received. There is always someone worse off than me and that helps me to be appreciative of what I have. When I find myself feeling sorry for myself, I  ask God to direct my thoughts away from me and toward Him.
