Tony, You  have  the cutest pup!! I love his coloring!!  A proud papa you must be!! Alfie is trying so nicely to be good for these pictures. He want to please you.. "I'll be good daddy for 30 seconds that's it" Alfie's eyes tell me so much.. He has plans for this coming spring.. of much running and joy through the fields.. So get your running shoes on if he has not eaten they yet.. :-) So as your taking a nice day of waking/running-and your feeling great, take a beer with you and enjoy the day.. (u can sneak one by the wife)Seeing  life through a child's/animals eyes is a repeat of life that we took for granted when we were young..  They will bring back memories of our youth. You have a rebirth with Alfie.

I was thinking in bed the  other night, of how nice it would be to have a dog, sitting by Toms feet, and just a hi how are  you.. deffenatly not thinking of a pup.. :-(      (Tom's feet hurt and cant walk that much and I am not to fast every day anymore) If ever this is to  happen, it would be a rescue older dog from a natural disaster. We do send money for animals that are separated from their family's of such.. We know personally where to send the money--NEVER on line..  Like helping paying the vet bills (our vet) for the new owners things like that. Keep sending pictured Tony-- Alfie is indeed a  joy for  me and us.. M.

Hey guys,

I AM SHOUTING YIPPEE , HURRAY and YAHOO.

My colonoscopy biopsy report is NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE ! No sign of cancer now. Next looksee in 18 -24 months.

To balance things out, my cardiologist said that I MUST lose weight and also lower my blood pressure . I've lost 8 lbs so far.  I'm expecting to lose another 20 lbs easy as that is water weight. When I get to 235, the struggle begins. While I am motivated to lose the 60 lbs. , I will need to unlearn a lifetime of bad eating habits.  I will also need to learn to get off my behind (i don't have an ass) and start walking. God is helping me. I had a car accident that will keep  me walking until it gets repaired.  No one was hurt except for my pride and my car. My car will cost me money,  my pride will require my walking.

God moves in mysterious ways. I guess He wants me around some more.

As we find reason to cheer each other on to greater success,  so, too, we should be able to cheer others on to their own successes.

Thank you , Bubbles, for CHEERING ME  UP.

Well done!! So happy for the "no evidence of disease'!! Now the hard part. Have struggled with weight all my life. As you said God moves in mysterious ways ... and He kicked my butt to lose 98 lb (not sure how many stones that is).. my motto us "keep moving". You will get there. Keep us posted on your progress and maybe we can help in some way.    Barbara

Z, Congradulations   on the great news..  I was waiting for this outcome for a bit-but didn't want to bring it up as you have not said anything of the testing for awhile.. So I am extra happy for you!! I will take the water weight !! (If only  this could be so easy huh?) Ha!  So, I cant support you that way-- But I will support you in loosing the weight like the rest of us that have gain or loose..

Where you live spring will come sooner than us here in Ct.  So that will be a help of fresh air and enjoyment of walks. Just a matter of weeks.. So get those legs in shape and good walking shoes, (unless Alfie eat them) :-) And enjoy Gods many gifts on your way..

You have cheered me up many times, I hope I can do the same for you-- So, I will start now-- You know what you need to do and YOU know how to do it. And I know YOU can do it!! Don't go on those fast fancy diets.. You gain the weight back ++ more.. I bet by the end of summer, you will be at a happy weight. As the fresh vegs. will be out and don't forget the fresh fruit!! Try 7 pounds per month.. Don't shock your body!!

Sorry about your car accident.. One pain after another huh?  Glad your O.K. Best Always, Marcie.. Keep that smile!!!!!!!!! :-)

'Z' Truth be told........ God is bigger than anything we come upon.  In my case only he really knows how slow. I am doing O.K. God gave mad  brain.. Each Man or Woman who serves us in a job, no matter what this job requires, is a service to others.  Some are good Doctors.  I am counting on my Doctors. And I myself have to work with them.. This also is a service that I give myself.

I have a decent life here.  I have you all. I do get out and enjoy what God has given us to see his beauty of nature. Even man made structure of their brains. We are all different to serve each other in so many ways. This is life.. And I appreciate it all. It is the wonder of nature that I receive the most, of his grace to behold of a true beauty.

HI all, FUNNY!!!!!!!!  Well my friend Nancy that I met here on the blog that lives 20minutes from me came to see me at infusion today.  I knew she was coming so I had a chair out by my Marcie Chair for her and told everyone that she would be coming. Well---------------------

The Marcie Chair was set properly for this coming event.  Here comes 4'11" Nancy with her hat on and big coat and big purse. Cute as a button.  Well, they had her take her shoes off, and coat off and took her purse and had her step on the weighing scale,  Nancy obeyed these instructions with an odd look on her face.  They dropped her purse, coat, and cleaned that up and directed her to me.. I was laughing!!!!!!!!!!!! They realized they made a mistake-thought she was a patient. Soo embarrassed.. (We had trainee's from a school for nurses aid that got to her first. )  so she sat down and was offered something to drink during the visit.. Nancy took this rather well.. Laughing also.  But I am sure if they came at her with a needle she would have spoken up. Which would not have happened as you/I have to have that fancy white band on and a sheet of paper/checked in  for the nurse to double check.. Even for me still, and I am their Mascot. :-)

'Z' Nancy will be giving you a nudge here about the diet industery etc. and what she has been through and knows behind the walls so to speak for you..  I told her you proberly be interested. Marcie..

Thanks, Marcie. I await Nancy.

This weekend,  Sima and I attended the Bar Mitzvah of our grandson. All our kids, spouses and grands came. And we Feasted.

I am blessed with a beautiful family. I wish on all of you the pleasure that Sima and I have.

I am writing this way past my bedtime because NED is overwhelmed by the work he has to do tonight.

Tomorrow , we get back on our diet. Today was celebrated with food and wine and many, many speeches. I spoke about the Bar Mitzvah boy, our beautiful family and I praised my wife. She got a standing round of applause from the participants. ( She blushed.)

Tomorrow,  we return to reality.
