just a quick update on me...

things are a little better each day for the most part

i still have bouts of diarreha that i cannot control but they are not all day every day anymore

i have been eating better and have been adding a few veggies into the rotation...all cooked very well and in small amounts

i continue to take the benefiber each morning to keep things moving along i might try not taking it tomorrow to see how that goes

no more nausea so that is an improvement

i have my televisit with my surgeon in a few minutes so we shall see what she has to say

incision is healing very well all scabbed over and getting smaller

i will let you know how things go after today
