Welcome to the forums. 

I've used their wraps for many years, but have never tried the boxer briefs (they don't ship products to Canada, so it's hard to get a hold of them). 

I have worn a similar product by Alternative Ana and they are quite comfortable. 

But wearing my appliance under my clothes isn't something I like doing, so it's not my thing. Wearing them at night feels amazing, though! 

I hope someone who's tried the boxer briefs from ostomysecrets can share their feedback.

 Welcome sorry I can't help with what your asking mine is to high up even with a 12 " bag just goes low enough for me to comfortably tuck the end into my underwear waist band and let a little bag roll over that . Just wanted to say welcome .

FYI, I'm trying to work with OstomySecrets to try and get some of these underwear for a review. Not sure how soon it will happen, but I will post a review once I've got my hands on them. 

Thanks for the replies and I'll be looking forward to that review.  I checked out AlternativeAna's product and while it does look much nicer, it seems that they're quite proud of their product... almost $40 USD + $20 shipping.  Yikes!

From Canada to the US? That's a damn shame.

I remember paying a lot to get my StealthBelt shipped from the US to Canada. There really is no reason for shipping to be that much on a piece of fabric. 

However, I've known some people who will contact various suppliers to ask if they can send their orders through regular post - shouldn't cost more than a few dollars. Might be worth a try. 

I wear the Ostomy Secrects undies for ladies . They are wonderful !!!! The hammock type pouch takes the weight of the bag and flattens against your body . The fabric separates bag from skin . I use the cotton ones but they also have a synthetic fabric . They are not cheap but well worth the price . I wash in machine then hang to dry so they will last longer .

Hi, I am a big believer in Ostomy secrets undies, just so you know there's always a discount, just google ostomy secrets coupon. Since they are so expensive I bought just a few pairs of the ladies cotton undies and do laundry a lot.  I bought one of those wraps and never wore it.  I am expecting to get my Pippa (ileo) reversed in January and I'll never use that wrap.  I hope it's not too weird, but when i get my reversal I'd be happy to send it to any of you who could use it.  I'm a plus size lady and the wrap is beige.  If you want it please let me know.

They always have discounts, so it's helpful to always check before placing an order. 

I'll probably place an order around Black Friday/Cyber Monday for some wraps and a pair of the underwear.  That's when they usually run the best sales.  I'll let you guys know what I think.

Hi Bubbles, I to am trying to gain weight for the past 3 years after my ileostomy.. Lost 55 pounds and just cant keep any weight one.. I am also very dehydrated, so, I go to infusion 3x/week. The fluids = a good 12 pounds/weekly and maybe 14 pounds.  I am on salt pills to help..but??? I am going to search on the internet and find a diet for me.  I also have a high out put and that is not helping or may be the major problem.. YEs, I have been to nurtinests sp) and they just DONT  get the ostomy bit.. Good luck!! Any advise?

I still take liquid Imodium in the morning 30 min before I eat then again around 6 pm 30 min before dinner . It helps to slow down and thicken a bit . It took 6 weeks for me to slow down . I too was getting fluids 3times a week because of dehydration. I am now ok in that department . My last surgery was in 2015 took me 2 years to gain 10 pounds only to loose it again with permanent  Ileo. I try to eat high cal foods . Right now I am on a kick of jelly donuts with a huge ice cold glass of milk 2 x a day plus all my regular foods. Also a few Boost drinks . 

I ordered some panties from them, and the area where they want me to put the pouch is side ways-- Don't like that. I just buy at Wal-Mart- a full size pantie a size larger.. (no more prettys) Tuck in the pouch from the bottom and off I go.. I will not spend close to 30 dollars for undies.. My stoma is on my right side, about 1 1/2 inches below the belly button. They left me with a half assed cute belly button-So I make sure the wafer/barrier in that area, is pressed in well-and it works.. For me anyway.. No pastes ---
