It took my a long time to figure out that I’m allergic/sensitive to adhesive and even longer to find a good product that works for me. I used to get painful sores around my stoma until I figured all this out. Because Marlen doesn’t use traditional adhesives I wear a thin elastic waist band to put light pressure on my pouch and stoma like a belt but less bulky allowing my skin temp to help adhere the pouch. Wear time is 7-10 days. Hope this helps someone.
