Anyone else having this issue with concave coloplast one peice?  I have had multiple bags from different boxes fail like this.  I called the phone number on thier website and got an automated message that no one could answer my call at this time and try again.  Over the course of a week calling at different times during business hours, I got the same message.  Finally I called and chose the option of being a distrabutor and got someone right away.  The person gave me an email and advised that they no longer answer the customer line (Canada).  After a lot of fustration and excolation I was told by Laura Cristina Robledo it was because my bowls are to acitic.  My diet and lifestyle has not changed.  

Today at a support group, of 12 people, not all with stomas, another person said they are having the same issue and it is a quality control issue.  

Icing on the cake, they will only replace the used bags and told me to keep using the ones from the same boxs, even though every one of them has failed this way.
