Hello, I am 10 weeks post surgery and want to prepare for a kayak trip in the summer. I'll be lifting about 50 pounds and would like to wear my appliance horizontally since I'll be sitting alot and I assume that will be more comfortable. Can I wear a hernia belt and stealth belt at the same time? Thanks Yes you can and I often do! Retired engineer, now goatherd I don't wear a hernia belt, but I have worn my bag sideways with the StealthBelt when I used to go kayaking. Have fun! Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
