Hello all, I have an Ileostomy since 14-03-2018 and have been ill with Crohns disease since 2003. I have followed Veganostomy for a while before getting my stoma and I was very grateful for the information I found on here, really helped me to properly prepare so I thought I´d become a member of the community and help others too who are going through this. I am a 30 year old woman from the Netherlands, work as a social media manager for a vegan charity and am a happy ostomate. I am really glad I did it, it has already improved my life a lot compared to what it was before surgery! Any questions are always welcome.
