I use Metamucil powder mixed in with milk to slow motility and thicken output, it really works. That's great to hear that it slows things down, @rick! Metamucil uses psyllium fiber, which acts as a stool bulking agent. Some people find that it causes things to move, and others (like yourself) finds that it slows things down!
