I've heard of this, but have not tried it. Hydrogen peroxide can burn the skin, and can likely cause even more damage to the stoma with long-term exposure, but that's just an assumption. I mean, it's safe enough to use in ears and as a mouth rinse, so it *could* be safe in a stoma bag.

The Cleveland Clinic says not to use it on wounds, and the stoma is technically a wound, so I'd take their advice 😀 

I'd personally stick with M9 (or whatever is most effective) since it's designed for use in a bag, and it works really well for me.

I am right now trying out the hydrogen peroxide and it does take away most of the odor l. Had to be 3%or less. 

Decided I did not like the peroxide too well. It did take away odor but left another strange smell. I think m9 is the best thing. I’d love to find a cheaper route though.

The company does ship internationally, but that could eat into any savings. It's about HALF the price of M9 and works pretty good for me (but M9 is still King as far as I'm concerned).

@veganostomy looking and so far it’s only in Canada. Yes the shipping would cost and probably make it the same it close to the cost of m9. Speaking of M 9, I’m running low now and get paid tomorrow which is Friday and I’m suspecting I will run out before it gets to me uggh . I guess I can try tic tacs or just use the peroxide till my order gets here.

@chelly Would it be helpful (in the future) to have either travel size or sample bottles of other pouch deodorant that you can use as a backup? A few brands might still send out small bottles to try.
