 Amazing!  I spent some of my university years in Buffalo and these really look like the chicken wings my friends and I often ordered from the university chicken wings shop!

Those look great going to try . I make my  own buffalo sauce . I melt butter and stir in Crystal hot sauce to taste . 

My Mom made fried Cauliflower growing up . She would steam it soft then dredge with seasoned flour - egg - flour and deep fry . It is soooooo good . 

John I don't even like Cauliflower and they look good ! Ha

Hey Robert, Cauliflower is one of my favourite veg, but its one folk seem to find bland. Most veg I like cooked with still a bite, but when at my Mother-in-laws (the one who likes catching me in the nip) she boils every thing to mush!! No problems with a blockage after eating at her house lol.

that was the old way here Robert , cabbage and mushy peas had baking soda added to soften them up 

I never realized until I started eating out in good places that veg could have a bite in then  now im back to boiling them to death again to prevent blockage s

That looks wicked. just goes to prove veg doesn't have to be bland boring and boiled to death. What would our Irish Mothers say Tony if they seen that!! LOL
