I grew up eating rice and beans 4-5 times a week . Still love them . The Humble bean is a very underestimated vegetable, ileostomy 31st August 1994 for Crohns Looks yummy. Can't wait until I get home to make it. I think that all of the ingredients are also kosher. I might add tofu. The weight watcher's program that I am following helped me to lose 20 lbs in 10 weeks.
