I was born in Baltimore Maryland. My father was born in Gothenburg Sweden,, My sweet mom was born at the bay of Fundy N.S. Canada. I now live in Ct.

I lived in Ct. 4 times--between living in Mass, Calif, Pittsburgh, Pa. , Florida, (and almost India, and China)--

I have had many happy trails..... And happy to be back in New England, where the weather is never what they say it will be.. :-)    :-{}

Orange county, calif.

Didn't spend much time in school tho- If I didn't have strep - I had scarlet fever- (which in those day-Dr, put up a black sign on the front door) Many Many sprained ankles as I never walked-I jumped fences curbs on the way home from school-(I remember seeing the ocean from my street) had my tonsils out, and then again taken home in a red wagon screaming my head off as I fell out of a tree or trying to jump it...... I remember the cayotes at night- I was 6 years old.. with flying white/thin/curly hair the boys called me mashmello for seems like for ever!! Like until I turned 11?? And don't think that I didn't punch them a few time either !!!!!!

Marcie just saw your post here also . Orange County couple hours from my wife grew up there . 6  huh you were young . Oh yes the coyotes I have heard and seen many of them and Rattle, snakes, scorpions etc. I have spent a lot of time walking and driving around and exploring the desert in the last 52 years that I've lived here . Guess I'm a desert rat .

Robert, we still have many coyotes here in the woods-they are amaizing animals-- love to  hear them at night.. All secure in my bed---------- and the cat by my side all nervous..

But when I see them during the day? that is an alarm..

Have many black bears too- A few are so huge! Love the trash and I just watch them go from house to house digging up odds and ends to eat.  One huge bear, he killed a dear and ate it in front of us down the street-this is one bear that cannot live on gargabe alone---haven't see him lately tho-we all reported him, as no tags, etc.. and then the dear? next us.. Nice fellow- walked right near me while I was sitting in a chair out back-about 3 feet from me- he just looked at me and kept on going.. I couldn't get out of my chair/low lounge chair -so just sat there and hoped for the best--rather a kind fellow.. He got up on the cars also-scratched some paint.. I just at there.......... Its there area too. (trash is in the garage.. :-) ) with moth balls--

Marcie sounds like you have beautiful country around you with all the wild life running around so close to your house . Better be careful of those bears you never know when one will go crazy ... i have never been in CT. but have been in many of the states back by you years ago very nice country back there .

Yes, New England is beautiful.. In ct. we are taxed to death - (if u get your cat/dogs nails clipped -taxed etc.. car tax, ) so it goes on-we live on the Mass line so we go there for gas, cigs, booze,) AND, never mind the fact that we are the only state in the US does doesn't have a budget yet...

I see that there is no bare foot walking in the part on your end!! At least I can see the bears.....

I was born in Salt Lake City Utah and lived there until I was nine. Then my family moved to Spokane Washington and I have been here ever since. That means I've been pretty much in one place since 1958 I really don't like to move

Not sure when they are going to let me out of here.  I had a first consolt with the GI department. They are thinking this is IBS  but since IBS is a disease of exclusion (that's what the doc called it) he said it means that the diagnosis for IBS is to exclude other things that act like it.  I am putting the world on notice that I am changing the name from IBS to CBS.  irritable doesn't describe it well enough so I am going with  Cranky Bowel Syndrome. AND it would eliminate the confusion between IBS and IBD.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
