I found a great vegan recipe on YouTube that I made yesterday, and we all loved it. Easy to make, creamy, cheesy tasting pasta (with no cream or cheese or dairy at all). I added mushrooms, broccoli and peas, but you can tailor it to your own taste. Nobody knew there was tofu in it until I told them.🤭 Laurie
