I couldn't have taken a walk through beautiful Vogel State Park just a few months ago, let alone traversed uneven ground and hills complete with protruding tree roots. My wife and I love this park. I'm totally blind, so do forgive me if these pictures don't go through right. :) Tony Ah, looks like the second picture was too big and wouldn't post at first. Hopefully compressing it didn't take too much away from the image. Enjoy, yall. Tony Tony, It is always nice to put a face with a name!! I’m so glad you are well enough to get out and enjoy what looks like lovely weather with your lovely wife!! I have that problem all the time—my photos are too large to upload. -Liza Hi Tony, looking good Der lad👍 ileostomy 31st August 1994 for Crohns Hi Tony, I agree, it's always good to put a face to a name - an what a kind looking face you and your wife have! Stella Wonderful photos, indeed! Your wife is one lucky gal! Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate. Well Hello Tony, and your very beautiful young gal beside you!!! That Vogel State Park looks just grand for an afternoon walk. The fall colours reflecting in the water just made me want to join you! Eh! I never imagined you with the beard! LOL! Sneaky! Linda I agree with Linda. The beard was a surprise!! And the park looks like a beautiful place for a walk. I’ve been trying to go out walking several days a week since my ostomy 5ks, but it would be much easier in such a pretty park!! -Liza Funny, but I never really thought of a beard as suiting me either. The only reason I eventually grew one was because the skin on my face doesn't tolerate razors well. I just got sick of slicing myself to ribbons day after day. Even electric shavers just make me look like I stuck my face in a food processor and turned it on full spin. I exaggerate, but not much. Vogel is a popular place. People drive a long way to visit this park. It's quite a blessing to live close by it. Sure appreciate the reception these photos have garnered. Thank you all. Tony Bang On Liza! The beard was a bonus to my lacking imagination. lol! Tony, I had you, well placed as polished to a T, wearing a suit & shiney shoes and glittery white cane! So kidding about the glitters!!! Lol. I'm glad there is no hat! This is a much better Tony! Relaxed, comfy, having fun & walking with his pretty happy babe in a gorgeous park!!! I am partial to beards, as my man had one for the same reasons & I loved to run my fingers thru it when he was sleeping. I am sure he would purr like a Kitten. Lol! Okay, so he snored, that's what the ear plugs were about! Lol. But I do love a beard on a man. I think there is a good mystery to a beard toting gentlemen. A fun side in life. Lol. Not afraid to camp in a tent and roast pepperoni on a stick sort of man. Tony, the beard suits well and so does the colour & your wife. They match well to the wise comments, helpful advice, puns & joking that goes on here on occasion, but especially the kindness. Being on this sight 2 years I think most feel more like friends then strangers. We should all not be shy and put a face to the ostomy sort of thing. Lol. I may have to text my pic. to someone to do this for me because I am so not great at things like this. It took a long time to figure out the smiley faces & such!!! Lol! 😬🤣🙃! Thanks a bunch Tony, so great to meet you and yours! Now, I can see just where the kids fit in so well! Such a great bonus! Linda I think it takes a lot of imagination to picture the likes of me dressed like a lawyer. LOL. Interesting how someone might picture someone else based on this or that. I do tend to write a bit on the highfalutin side, so maybe that's why the spiffy look arose in your mind, Linda. Can't help but be flattered. So cool that you know about the "white cane." Tony
