@dlkfiretruck it’s not a container swap but what happens is they are busy and the jugs look similar. They grab the wrong jug and put it in. Some may realize it that they made the mistake and oh shit! And some may not even realize it. At oil changes at the dealer they always top off all of your fluids.

@chelly ... Chelly.. keep us up to date on any changes you notice & hopefully they'll be for the better for your sake.

It does seem rather stupid of the old car dealership to not put you in another vehicle straight across the board & then expect you to go back to them for another car.  But honestly I wouldn't trust them again even if they did offer to swap cars!!  Have you considered writing a letter to the manufacturer of that car when you get this all figured out?  Maybe its a complete wiring/tubing issue.  As in turning the light switch on in one room but the light goes on in another room.

Have you been able to ditch the 3 pairs of shoe wearing survival method at all in the new car??  Have you done any reading on AntiFreeze poisoning? Interesting stuff there.  I'm just so hoping theres been and will be positive changes for you! You've been thru so much!!!!

@dlkfiretruck no not a wiring issue. When I had the car detailed and cleaned I told the man about the inside being sticky but at that time I was thinking wherever my stickiness was coming from. I had no idea there was something in my washer fluid resivoir. I told him I kept getting film on my windows. He investigated a bit. The detailer called me to tell me there was something red, sticky and smelled sweet like koolaide in my washer resivoir. He said he felt someone was trying to hurt me but then I thought there is no way someone trying to hurt me. I have not done anything to anyone. At first I was scared and trying to figure out who that could be but then came to my senses thinking I’m 60 years  old and I don’t  even bother people do why would someone do that. I googled and found people that it was antifreeze put in accidentally at those oil changes and I did have an oil change a few months prior in the summer at the dealer. I mean who checks their washer fluid after an oil change? So I had no clue. Anyhow he flushed it out 4 times. It has a sticky residue that’s hard to get off so it would not come out.
I think the dealer was worried I was going to sue them because the service manager bent over backwards trying to get it out of the resivoir and also checking out the whole car. At least he said he did. At first he talked of replacing carpet and seats and other things but his boss must of said no.
Yea a lot of nerve emailing me. They did not want the car because they knew if they re sold it the person would be back complaining about the film on the windows and such and also alot if money to replace everything inside the car. Plus it smelled like mold in there too. The detailer pulled a quart of liquid I think he said. Out of the front seats . Now mind you this car was only 11 months old. I was the only owner. Only going to work and stores. That’s it.yea they knew something was wrong. I will never do business with that place ever again and I have been going to them for over 25 years. I’ve probably bought 9 -10 vehicles from them over the years and all brand new vehicles. They just lost a good customer.
Yes, I was able to ditch the 3 pair of shoes and only have to have 2 now. A work pair and a home pair. My job is caretaking so you do need a pair of work shoes. That third pair was to get into my home from that nasty car.
