What is difference bettween Coloplast 18602 pouch and Coloplast 18632 pouch?

18602:

  • 60mm coupling size
  • Wide-lumen/Hard outlet
  • 1080ml capacity

18632:

  • 70mm coupling
  • Soft outlet/Universal connector
  • 1040ml capacity.

Both are opaque with an inspection window but the coupling would differ because of the size difference.

Are you currently using one of these? If you don't intend to connect a night drainage bag to these, then you could go with either. But if you do connect to a night drainage bag, you'll want the "soft outlet/universal connection".

I do talk about these Coloplast high-output bags in this article:

Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
