I’m a new ostimate, but plan on getting back on skates as soon as I’m able. I noticed mention in the video on ostomy wraps that the StomaShield can be coupled with a wrap. I like the support and flexibility of wraps, but realize they won’t provide protection if/when I fall on skates. Are these two accessories  compatible? Have you run into any problems with a combination setup? Was output flow restricted (or better) with the the stomashield combined with a wrap? Are there any other accessories or combination of accessories you would recommend that may work better?

Welcome to the forums @l8rsk8r

The stomashield plus a wrap does work, but keep in mind that output flow is usually restricted a bit with any accessory you use over an appliance. If you have loose output then it's less of a problem. Alternatively, the hybrid stealthbelt is a nice blend of protection, support, and concealment and that might be more ideal. I reviewed it HERE. Good luck!

Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
