Hey guys.  Here are are a couple of tricks that work very well for me that I wanted to share.  First, I usually wear an undershirt in winter, and I hate to tuck my bag, so I cut a hole in the undershirt to allow my bag to sit outside of the shirt.  It's super comfortable, because the bag is not against my bare skin.  Then, I use a Nu-Hope support belt (the one with the plastic ring) and run it through my side and back belt loops.  That way it serves as both a support belt and a belt for my pants.  With my ostomy placement near my waistline, it works great.  Then I a put on a wrap from OstomySecrets, pull on a shirt, and I'm ready to roll. I love this setup, and since it's cold here in winter, the extra layers are great.  I use the same setup in summer minus the undershirt.  I've attached some pictures below.  Have a great weekend!

That is brilliant, @glenn-giroir!!

I love the idea of using the Nu-Hope belt like that, but also cutting a hole in your undershirt - perhaps an ostomy clothing company needs to make bulk packs of "ostomy undershirts".

Thanks for sharing!

@veganostomy Thanks Eric.  It may not work for everyone, but with my ostomy location, it works great.  I tried it one day, and I've been doing it since.
