I went to order colo-majic pouch liners. Amazon says they come in two sizes: large and Medium but doesn’t give any measurements. I’m starting to use the Coloplast Sensura Mio click system. Which one should I order for the Maxi 8 ¼” closed pouch.

Hey there.

Strangely enough, I can't even get on the Colomajic official website, which is worrisome.

To answer your question, the medium size is fit flange/pouch opening diameters from 1 ¾ inch (45 mm) to 2 ¼ inch (57mm), and large to for diameters from 2 ¼ inch (57mm) to 2 ¾ inch (70mm).

Do you know what your flange size is?

Has anybody tried these? I looked at them online and wonder about the size - my Hollister is 2 1/4” - right between medium and large, so I guess either would work and thus it might be a matter of preference (for some reason). I might see if I can get some samples.

I would sample both sizes since you are in the middle. My thought is that you may be better with the medium size, since being on the bottom end of the large size may create excessive "bunching" of the liner where it comes through the opening.

@veganostomy I had the same problem with trying to go to their website to ask the question. My flange size is 2.5

Just remembered that the Stoma gave me a sample. Now that I know that the medium and large refer to the flange size, I measured the “neck” of the sample bag and it is 3.25 so it must be the large version.
