Hey gang.

I've updated to forum software to version 1.4.6. I waited quite a while to update to this version because there were certain features that I was waiting for and some others that needed more testing.

New changes in this version include:

Ability to move replies, merge and split topics

This is a feature that I've been waiting for! It's not something that you guys would have access to, but on my e, d I'm now able to move replies from one topic to another and I'm also able to merge or split a topic into a new one (i.e if the topic changes from the original question).

Various fixes for iPhone/iPad users

Many users who were accessing the forums had trouble getting certain features to work, including the "like" button and even replying to posts. That should be fixed now! If you had trouble in the past, let me know if it's working for you now.

Private Messages feature should be more intuitive on mobile devices

The interface of the private messages page should look better on mobile devices now.

Recent Posts page layout change

If you use the Recent Posts page, you'll notice it now has a more intuitive layout, showing topics with new replies (and the latest comments within that topic) rather than a list of every new post.

This should make it easier to see what you've missed and help to keep things more organized, especially if there's a single active topic that would normally dominate the recent post page.

Let me know how you like it.

New bugs...

Unfortunately, not everything is perfect in this release.

Two bugs that I've noticed are certain icons not showing up right (I'm working on fixing this), and the "activities" list for users is showing up in reverse chronological order, which is annoying but will be fixed soon.

Update : Bugs fixed March 9,2017 (1.4.7 update)

As always, if you find any other problems, please report them in the Bugs section.
