I love taboolah and it’s one of my favs. I miss eating it. Jillian, I eat tabbouleh frequently, with no issues. As John said, try a little bit of foods you’re unsure of and see if you experience any adverse effects. With a colostomy, you’re less likely to have problems than someone with an ileostomy. I would still take it slow (small quantities) and chew well. The only time I would hesitate to recommend foods as "complex" as Tabbouleh would be if you had a history of blockages, then extra caution would be advised. Enjoy!
