Hi everyone, I just have a question for any of you who may have seen a chiropractor. I have started this week to see one for my sciatica. Because of my colostomy, I was nervous about lying flat on my stomach and so she had me stand at a 45 degree at the walk, which was fine. Have any of you used the table and is it advisable?ย Thanks in advance for your help! God bless, Stella Hi Stella, I have laid flat on a table for physio and for X-rays. Of course have the bag empty and maybe let the person know you may need to move. I even fall asleep on my tummy some time in bed. Yep itโs good to protect but stoma s are tough wee guys 👍 ileostomy 31st August 1994 for Crohns Thanks, John. Maybe I'll try it today and see what happens.😊 God bless! Stella I just got back from the chiropractors and was able to go on my stomach with no problem! What a workout, though. However, the chiropractor is pleased with the results. My back seems to be responding quickly and I amย praying and hoping that this will also help with my cancer as this will increase the blood flow to my affected lymph glands. Also, I was pleased to know that she is working with another ostomate who also is able to go on his stomach. Thanks again for the encouragementย God bless, Stella Hi Stella, Thatโs great to hear 😀👍 ileostomy 31st August 1994 for Crohns I just got back from the chiropractors and was able to go on my stomach with no problem!
