I’m so sorry to hear about those of you who have had blockages. It is a good reminder for me not to get too complacent. I was super careful for such a long time, but have been a little more liberal with what I have been eating lately. I probably need to reign it in a bit to avoid joining the blockage club. Thanks for the reminders and I’m glad all your blockages have been resolved. 

@glenn-giroir Hi Glenn,  I'm with you when it comes to output.  I can never understand why people want their output to be thick when it makes it so difficult to get out.  Unless you want to rinse your pouch out each time, which is a hassle and has its own risks.  I'll just keep hydrating lots, thanks.
