I was diagnosed with UC in fall of 2008. Tried every medicine under the sun, but never really maintained remission for long period of time. Finally after trying biologics with short term success, had sub-total colectomy Sept 2016. I LIVE with my ostomy. I suffered from UC. No plans for reversal.
