I drink 2 or more cans of coke a day. Bad for me, I know. I don't have a ton of air from it. When I drink a root beer something about it sets Oscar to sputting like a monster, he throws it out almost as soon as it goes in... He fills the bag with air like he's trying to fly away. I drink a good bit of gatorade, be aware of the sugar in it, it tastes fine done 1/2 and 1/2 with water. Or try the G2. White Cherry Frost Gatorade super cold is wonderful.
Mango Nectar is tasty. If you have a large hispanic population you might be able to find Horchata. It's a rice/ almond drink that is very tasty.

I started to write a long story to share with you my horrendous gas pain episode. My tablet had mercy and erased it before I could send it off.
I have a kidney transplant and besides all the other things, I MAY NOT GET DEHYDRATED.
my advice to you is to drink V8 or any other equal. I personally use Sacramento brand Vegetable drink.
At times, I change the flavor with a spice or with a little bit of seltser( soda water)to supe it up.
drinking sugar waters is just not a good thing.

Barbara here, all present and correct! Reporting to the lounge for pleasure and fun. Unfortunately I can't go for the . Unfortunately I can't go for the white zin or anything with the alcohol in it doesn't agree with some of the meds I'm on and I don't need to make any more problems. Haven't heard anything more back from them yet they said they were going to do a changeup on my meds and we'll see what happens they have me on Flagyl right now and I saw that several of you tried that and it works for some doesn't for others and kills if he is so I'm curious to see what it's going to do to me I've had two doses of it so far they're giving it to me IV so takes a couple of hours to take a dose. Well good to be here in the in the lounge so somebody Strike Up the Band and let's have a little bit of Boogie Woogie

Bubbles, 2 root canals? Must be a molar... I assisted in these....  and have had many myself-- THE shot is the worst.. DO NOT drink COLD or HOT for a few days!! And eat soft foods.. You will get a temp. cap-which I make beautiful ones by the way.. :-) Bu u must get a life one within a year.. Not right away, got to see if that RT/C. worked.. If u have a good surgeon. Dr. with gentle ease, you will be o.k. So, go home and be nice to yourself ---

Will someone give bubbles a white Z-please.. oh--you cant drink those after your RT/C.. or u will feel like the thanksgiving parade is marching in your head!! Painful!! (I tried it) Don't do it..

Yes, I watch the sugar as that goes right through me--  If I didn't, I could gain some weight and hold more fluids.. but I am so careful of this-- Got to leash it out a bit.. Mostly home--so I guess I can start a new effort........
