Does anyone use this configuration?  This is what I started out with when the home nurse was ordering supplies for me. I have now switched to the Sensura Mio click configuration. I have some extra boxes where I have combined both bags and wafers (to save storage space). Now I have enough of a surplus of my current bags, that I don’t feel like I need to keep these. If anyone is using this setup, I would be happy to send you these extras I have. 😀 For free, of course.

That's very generous of you. If nobody from the forum takes them, consider a few more options: https://www.veganostomy.ca/unused-ostomy-supplies/

Hi again,

I thought I would check one more time to see if anyone can use these appliances.

I had an appointment with my ostomy nurse today and mentioned that it was a shame that they couldn’t take them (they have a very strict policy about their supplies. If they even put something on their little tray, they can’t put it back in their drawer). She told me that there will be a rep from the UOAA there on Thursday from noon to 1:00 accepting donations for people who are having trouble with supplies due to Covid. So, if no one here wants them, I will donate them on Thursday, along with all my unused samples and some of the surplus I have built up on my other supplies.

If anyone else has extra supplies they no longer need, I just wanted to put it out there that the UOAA (United Ostomy Association of America) is using them to donate to those in need, and your ostomy nurses may have contact for you to donate them.

I always love a good opportunity to pay-it-forward.

It’s kind of you, Liza, to offer them to us. Nice to know that they will be put to good use wherever they end up.

Actually, I might be able to use them. Let me check, and I will send you a private message if I can.
