@veganostomy...note that it says nothing about scaring Canada Geese off the beach for life!!! They completely avoid the noise factor. I was told that it was such a fine decibel louder we shouldn't even notice it.  Yet...we do!

Handkerchief trick - I have been using a thin cotton hanky once in awhile to absorb sweat or if my pouch cover feels a little damp after a shower. I think I am noticing that this seems to help some with the rattle/crinkle. What I do is place it between my skin and the pouch, and then tie it - gently, loosely - above the coupling (I use a Hollister two-piece), then I wrap/fold the handkerchief over the pouch.

Any little thing can help, right? 😊

The handkerchief is not bulky, and it seems to keep the pouch in place, which would mean less movement and rattlecrackle.

Colostomy 4/30/18.
I love the smell of coffee in the morning. It smells like .... victory.
