Today I received a mail ad about this, and although I don’t use a convex I think the design looks interesting. They call it a “star” shape - looks like the edges are unfolded by the user and then placed on the skin, which should provide more flexibility of movement (of the user). I believe someone posted in one of the earlier VO forums that they were cutting their flange into a sort of “flower” shape, which is a similar concept. Colostomy 4/30/18. That does sound very interesting, I can see how this would work. As well as freedom of movement it would body contour better with less splitting or lifting ileostomy 31st August 1994 for Crohns I understand that it is for inconsistent body shape, like a hernia.
