Any of you experienced the pain of trying to get samples? As discussed in my previous post. I'm out of surgery 2 months ago, and I have tried different appliances. Some I've paid out of pocket and some have been samples. But when I call Coloplast Contact Team it's like pulling teeth to get anything from them. Hollister and Convatec will send what you need and make suggestions on what to use. Very Friendly. Coloplast is lacking to make you feel comfortable especially after a life changing surgery. The last few times I've called they are rude and unwilling to help and also insist I've received samples from them already. Yeah the small package of 3 bags and 3 rings I responded to them. Anyways my rant for the day.  Johnny What country? If I recall correctly, we had another member recently mention that they had a terrible time with (I believe) Coloplast customer service, so I wonder if it's the same team or person you spoke to! Either way, that's not what I've experienced years ago when I needed samples, so I wonder what's changed on their end. Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate. That makes me even more disappointed, since I've always had a good experience with Coloplast Canada.  Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate. i went thru the same thing when i filled out the request form for samples and it said " someone may call you to confirm your address"    what they did was call, argue and try to tell me what i needed.   i got so fed up i hung up.  called back and got aomeone who couldnt habe cared less that I had a very bad experience.       amazing that a company doesnt care how crappy their employees treat a potential life time customer.  guess whos products i will NEVER spend money on............
