This came across my news feed today... BUILD A BATH YOU'LL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE! Oh my goodness, when I was so sick with UC I was in the bathroom all the time! I love the fact that now I get to live so much more without worrying about a flare.

Welcome to the forums!

That is funny!  I've seen a few bathroom memes on social media that gave me a chuckle - like having a full-on desk with the toilet as the seat.

Glad that those bathroom trips aren't a problem for you anymore!

Welcome Figsister,

That reminds me of all the hours and hours I used to spend in the bathroom. I kept trying ( in my dreams/nightmares) of how I might be able to  sleep in the bathtub. The drain being the main appeal.

Maybe a toilet/bed combo?  Having gone 3.5 years without a decent nights sleep REALLY helped me love my ostomy.

Hi John,  I need a T shirt like that! HA.We were in Ireland in 2012 and noticed we needed our own carrier bags ( just like California). GREAT country. We had a wonderful time on the Ring of Kerry. Everyone was really nice

And I have noticed that some of my ostomy supplies are manufactured in Ireland.

Hi Dona, Yep in this wee island we do have some stunning landscape. Checkout the North coast Co Antrim if you over again. Now about the supplies made in Ireland I never knew that!!

Hi again, John.

Yes.. some of the Hollister products are made in  Balina, Co. Mayo ( it says on the box...barrier strips) also wafers from Hollister.

I think I have also seen dental floss from Ireland ... go figure.

I would love to visit Ireland again!
