Hey guys, 

I did a little backend clean-up (no pun intended!) with the URL addresses that some of the forums point to. They are more logical now, and a few had URL's that didn't match the forum name ("Tips and tricks" were under the url "treatment options". 

As a result, things are a little neater behind the scenes, but any older email notifications may lead you to a "404" page. The page isn't gone, it's just moved :)  Sorry for the slight inconvenience, but it's better to do this now than when things get really busy on the forums!
