Hello. I found this for him because I have been looking for a place to donate ostomy supplies. It’s been very frustrating because I called mini places and they said they have no room to store them. My mother had an ileostomy bag and she passed away last year in July 2020. I have so many supplies that are unused, not expired and still in boxes. If anyone can help me I would love to be able to drop all the supplies off. I live in orange county. I will drive somewhere to drop these off. Distance is not a problem. Please help!!!

I’m so sorry for your loss of you mother.

I donated some supplies to the UOAA through my local ostomy group. If your mother had an ostomy nurse, that would be a good start. The UOAA distributes to people who need them and then extras they send to foreign countries, where they may not have access to the same quality supplies we have in “first world” countries.

My condolences @ginatopagent

I do have an article with some other ideas to try HERE, but I'm surprised that you're being turned down to begin with - the need for these supplies is so great.

Best of luck, and thank you for at least trying to donate those.
