Wow I thought I had problems with surgery sounds like you really had some problems . Hope your getting them worked out . Good thing for our wives my has been very supportive for me also always there for me also . I too worry about the buldge and the top of my bag showing thru my shirt . I wear bigger clothes than I need and even wear a stealth belt to hold down the top of my bag under my shirt whenever I go out . Like you said vanity I guess . I actually was wearing my bag sideways in the stealth belt for awhile and liked that . But was having leaking problems at the time so started wearing my bag down again and just haven't gone back to sideways  yet even tho come to find out my leaks weren't being caused by wearing it sideways . Like Eric says just gotta experiment with things .
