Hi All, Halloween it coming up and every country has their own way of celebrating and a dish served that night. Here in some parts of N Ireland their is a dish called Purdy pudding. its an old recipe and a dish that's started to die out. Mainly cause the proper way to do it takes days and cooking and cooling spuds. I did notice this: Cook for eight hours at 150 degrees stirring every hour. That's a big commitment! Wow :o Just your friendly neighborhood ostomate.
