I've come across smoked tofu a few times, but I do recall only finding it in grocery stores that carry a wide selection of faux meats.

I want to make this smoked tofu recipe, but I don't know where to buy smoked tofu, so I hope to get homemade smoked tofu recipes from netizens!

INGREDIENTS
• 100g smoked tofu
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 Avocado, cut into 1cm cubes
• 1 Bread，sliced
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons sesame sauce
• 1/2 lemon
• 1 teaspoon sesame
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon mint, chopped
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into small squares.

2. Heat a pan and pour the olive oil in, add the tofu and soy sauce stir-fry for 5 minutes.

3. Mix the avocado and lemon juice well in a plate. Set aside.

4. Spread the bread slice with a thin layer sesame sauce evenly. Then put the avocado and tofu on it. Sprinkle the mint, sesame, salt, and black pepper on it. Serve.

I love to see such stories. You have tried any electric smoker recipes or bbq?

 

We use a BBQ for vegetables, but I've never had experience with a smoker. Our neighbor has one in the backyard, but I've never asked him about it. Are you using a smoker now?

The tofu and avo on toast looks great! I will try it. We eat tofu every  week. I am always looking for new ways to serve it.

Tofu chunks roasted in peanut sauce is also really good. Eat on rice, noodles or salad ( or all three).
