Hot off the heals of my last speaking engagement, I’ll be visiting the University of Michigan on Saturday, April 16, 2016 between 10 AM – 3 PM to give two presentations as part of their Patient 2 Patient Education Project. My topics will include Living with an Ostomy and how to stay hydrated when you’ve got IBD and/or an ostomy. For each presentation, I will be co-presenting with either a Registered Dietitian or a WCOCN (ostomy nurse).
If you live in Michigan, I’d love to meet you there! And if meeting me wasn’t enough, I’ll be joined by the world famous Sara Ringer of Inflamed and Untamed, Amber of Colitis Ninja, Amber Tresca of AboutIBD.com and more IBD advocates that you’ve most likely heard of ;)
Dudes and IBD: Twitter Chat
What: Twitter chat to discuss living with IBD from a guy’s perspective.
Where: Twitter!

If you aren’t able to travel, I will also be joining two fellow IBD advocates Dan Sharp from dansharpIBD.org and Ryan Stevens from crohnsguy.com for an online Twitter Chat: “Dudes and IBD”. The chat will feature several FAQs that are geared towards guys, but I’m sure both men and women will find value in the chat.
