Winners for the WEGO Health Awards for 2017 have been announced over the past several days, and I’m so happy to see IBD and Ostomy advocates being represented in so many categories this year!
October 7th, 2017 – It’s another World Ostomy Day, and this year I’d like to discuss the truth about having an ostomy and ways to reach acceptance.
I had an opportunity to be on The IBD & Ostomy Support Show for a live stream on Sept 21, 2017.
On March 15th, 2017 I spoke to the members of Ostomy Toronto as a guest speaker.
March 6 – 2017. I’ve had the honor of being featured on the Crohn’s and Colitis Canada website to talk about life with an ostomy and my acceptance with having one.
I’ve been invited to speak at another Ostomy Toronto meeting! This one will be on March 15th, 2017.
2016 – What a crazy year for the world!
Between exploding Samsung Galaxy Note 7’s and surprise US election results, I’m sure this will be a year for the history books.
Ok, I need to get something off my chest: Too many health advocates are having their content stolen and it needs to stop now!
