Robert,

I use two techniques to deal with heat and sweating. The first is quite simple. I wear my pouch overtop of my underwear so the plastic does not come in contact with my skin. It reduces sweating a lot. Secondly, if I have any issues under the wafer, I use a wipe-on product called Silesse from Convatec. It provides a very thin barrier between the skin and the wafer and helps to prevent itching or rashes. Here's a link:  https://www.convatec.ca/wound-skin/skin-care/skin-protection-from-adhesives/

Hello Dan I am just now seeing the replies from you and John  . Thank you guys  for the info . Dan I must have a higher stoma than what you have my bag goes just far enough down that I tuck the end in the waistband of my under ware at night and during the day I wear a wrap so I have started using baby powder like suggested earlier . But I will check into the Silesse I do think it could help me because the wrap and a part of the bag do still contact skin on my belly . Thanks again Dan Ye too Lad (John) Ha

How about taking a very thin cotton wash cloth and cutting a hole/ slit in it to pass bag through  so cloth is between you and bag . Change daily easy to launder . I am going to make a few up to try . I use Ostomy Secrets undies that work well but I have about 3 inches top  of bag that stick out of undies that  touch skin and gets sweaty.
