In case you guys didn't catch it, I posted an investigative-type article about pouch liners.

I'm curious to hear about your experiences with using them (if you have). I know that pouch liners can be super convenient, but has this information changed your mind about using them?

Eric, Thanks, I hadn't seen that. I really liked the music and how vigorously you shook the bottles! Pretty convincing that it is not biodegradable. I was never tempted since I have an ileostomy) but I enjoyed the video just the same.  ( quite a work out!)

Very clever way to prove the point, Their are only 3 things that should go down the loo and we all know what they are! Over here in N.I their is a big TV campaign about what should not be flushed. also bear in mind it may not be the local Water Authority dealing with the problem. waste has to get to the main sewage line from the house and the pipes are laid at slightly of level so the water flushed and solids move at the same time. It take very little to block this and costs a lot to clear and the bill is responsibility of the home owner. Us builders have seen some things that have caused a few red faces!! LOL.

Eric, loved watching you workout to prove a point.  I had thought about liners when I was having bad pancaking issues (I have a colistomy), but you changed my mind. I am not a hyper-vigilant enviornmentalist, but I do try to make reasonably good choices.  Luckily i am not experiencing pancaking so badly with the Convatech products.  Thanks for directing me away from the liners.

Thanks all!

I plan to do a proper video discussing my findings, but I felt that the article and accompanying video is enough even if I stop at that.

It's really interesting to dive deep into certain topics like this, although I will admit that this article has been months in the making.
