I had UC so I don't know all that much about Crohn's ( except they couldn't figure out what I had for quite awhile). So sorry about the pain.</p><p>Thats hard. Good to keep hydrated too. Its a real challenge to drink enough fluids even when you are feeling well.</p><p>And yes! Thanks to e books, I always had something to read when i couldn't leave the house. I am feeling a little better pain wise (partial obstruction), but still experiencing horribly painful moments of my stoma contracting and expanding and pelvic cramping. Sadly, as anyone with Crohn's Disease knows, pain is something we learn to live with. I'm very tired, weak and hungry, so I'm just riding it out and listening to my body by staying in bed resting and keeping hydrated, with a ton of e-books to read :)</p>]]></content:encoded>
